From our vibrant head office in Cambridge, we work as a close-knit, collaborative team to support SMEs, not-for-profit and listed organisations find the right leaders for their organisations. We deliver board, senior leadership, non-executive and chair positions whether it be for succession planning, mergers and acquisition activity, growth, turnaround, diversification, or wholesale change.

Pure Executive has grown over 20% since the pandemic and to enable continued growth, we are hiring a new search consultant and research associate to join us. Aligned to our core values of quality, teamwork and innovation you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with a team of highly experienced search consultants, who take a holistic approach to Executive search.

Both the search consultant and research associate can be worked in a hybrid working pattern, however, we would prefer someone who is comfortable spending some time with our teams in one of our four locations across the Eastern region - Cambridge, Ipswich, Norwich and Chelmsford.  We are happy to consider candidates looking for reduced or flexible hours.
